About Mirific

Swiss software engineering, on a human scale.

Founded in Basel in 2022 — a direct line between the people who need software and the people who build it.

Our story

Built on ten years of enterprise practice.

Mirific GmbH was founded in Basel in 2022 by Pascal Pfammatter, after a career building enterprise software in one of the world's most demanding pharmaceutical IT environments. The idea was simple: deliver Swiss-quality software without the overhead — a direct line between the people who need software and the people who build it.

How we work

Principles we don't trade away.

  • Proximity

You talk to the person who builds it.

Every layer between you and the developer costs accuracy and time — so there are none. The person you talk to is the person whose hands are on the code.
  • Quality

We'd rather do it right than do it twice.

Swiss quality is a working method, not a label: understand properly, build carefully, test before anything ships. That's slower on day one — and faster every day after.
  • Dialogue

Built with you, not just for you.

Good enterprise software comes from a tight loop with the people who actually use it. We'd rather show you something real early and often than a perfect plan months later.
